Job Description:
As the Public Relations Manager for CUUB and its CEO, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic communications that position both the company and its leadership as thought leaders in the design, architecture, real estate and creative spaces. You’ll develop narratives, secure media opportunities, and manage key relationships to drive visibility, credibility, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing a systemic communication architecture that defines CUUB`s position among industry leaders.
- To develop a stakeholders map in order to make the CUUB brand impactful to all groups.
- Reputation direction: develop an approach to the CEO`s personal brand, organically connected with the business topics in accordance with the brand`s tone of voice.
- Product direction: managing communication campaigns in different markets using the PESO model.
- Measurement SOV, monitoring competitors ’ activities, and PR trends in the industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing and executing personal branding strategies, particularly for C-suite executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand tone of voice.
- Understanding of media dynamics across design, architecture, real estate and innovation landscapes will be a plus.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive communication architectures to establish and elevate brand positioning within industry leadership.
- Proficiency in Share of Voice (SOV) measurement, competitor analysis, and staying abreast of PR industry trends.
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder mapping and engagement to ensure brand impact across diverse target groups.
- Experience in managing multi-market communication campaigns, preferably utilizing the PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) model.
- Strong understanding of business topics and the ability to integrate them seamlessly with personal and corporate brand messaging.

- Experience working directly with founders, public figures, or startup CEOs
- Familiarity with immersive media, content platforms, or cultural events
- Network of media and event contacts across real estate, architecture, design, and creative communities.
