As the Public Relations Manager for CUUB and its CEO, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic communications that position both the company and its leadership as thought leaders in the design, architecture, real estate and creative spaces. You’ll develop narratives, secure media opportunities, and manage key relationships to drive visibility, credibility, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a holistic PR strategy for CUUB and its CEO (personal brand), aligned with brand positioning and business goals
- Manage all media relations including outreach, interviews, feature stories, and event press opportunities
- Craft compelling press materials, bios, op-eds, thought leadership pieces, and speaking proposals
- Build strong relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, event organizers, and industry insiders
- Identify and pursue high-impact opportunities (awards, panels, conferences) for the CEO and brand presence
- Prepare CEO for public appearances and media interviews with briefing documents and messaging support
- Monitor industry trends and conversations to insert CUUB and its leadership into timely narratives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or media strategy, preferably with exposure to creative industries, startups, or executive branding
- Strong understanding of media dynamics across design, architecture, real estate and innovation landscapes
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strategic mindset
- Proven ability to manage senior-level communications with professionalism and discretion
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
